Aquaseal KS-906 is an acrylic elastomeric waterproofing coating that can be applied as a waterproof coating material on concrete, metal roofing, old roof repairs, and indoor waterproofing surfaces.

Usage Considerations

When used indoors, the room should be ventilated well to promote drying of the coating.

Further work can only be done 3-5 days after the coating dries up. The finished coating should be left alone for 2-3 days to prevent any further damages.

Aquaseal KS-906 should not be used:

• When the temperature falls below 5°C
• On windy, dusty, rainy or snowy weather conditions.

In addition, Aquaseal KS-906 should not be used if there is visible seeper or dust on the substrate.

Recommended Usage Amounts

Each 1.0mm thickness coating for Aquaseal KS-906 applies approximately 1.7-1.8kg/square meters. The recommended thickness for applying Aquaseal KS-906 is 1.5mm to 2mm.

• For walls, use 3 to 4 coats depending on the requirements of the design, 0.4mm to 0.5mm thickness per coat.
• For floors, use 2 to 3 coats depending on the requirements of the design, 0.6mm to 0.8mm thickness per coat.
